In a Survey on martingut.com, Martin Gut asked people which celebrities would deserve a slap in the face. He then gathered newspaper articles and other printed media relating to the selected individuals ranging from professional celebreties to individuals who commited crimes against humanity.
The protagonists were then installed in a room in form of masks. The installation "Room of Rage" invited visitors to choose one of the masks and take a seat in an armchair (slap mashine). On pressing the button installed on the head of the imaginary person the machine delivered a slap.
